Hunters of Color

Join our community of individuals passionate about hunting, conservation, and promoting the message that "The Outdoors are for Everyone."

Our mission is to address the underrepresentation of Black, Indigenous, and All People of Color (BIPOC) in hunting and conservation by advancing visibility, connections, access, and opportunities. Through education, mentorship, and community-building, we aim to deepen the connection to the land, promote sustainability, and cultivate the next generation of conservationists.

We envision an outdoor community where People of Color feel empowered to participate in hunting and conservation proportionately according to the demographics of our country.

Only 3 percent of U.S. hunters are BIPOC.

Not only is hunting the best way to procure sustainable meat, but it connects humans to ancestral traditions.

We aspire to inspire the next generation of hunter-conservationists, reclaim our ancestral heritages, preserve our hunting traditions, challenge stereotypes, and conserve the wild places we hold dear.
